KEY STRENGTHS
Great northern corn! Strong emergence and early vigor. Very good drought stress tolerance. Excellent stalks and roots. Works in all yield environments. Big, girthy ears. Good stalk anthracnose tolerance.
WEAKNESSES
Not for continuous corn acres.
POSITIONING
Excellent conventional hybrid to choose in North Dakota and northern Minnesota. Broad-acre placement is advised as this hybrid handles all yield environments and most soil types. Good ear flex allows for moderate planting populations. This hybrid does respond to applied fertility, especially higher levels of P & K. We recommend using a planting-time insecticide to protect against primary and secondary soil insects.
