KEY STRENGTHS
National line with an impressive plant structure and dominant yields! Excellent fall intactness and appearance. Strong emergence and early plant vigor. Very good overall disease tolerance with very good Goss’s tolerance. Handles high pH soils very well.
WEAKNESSES
Tar spot tolerance is the watchout.
POSITIONING
Exciting national hybrid with the yield and agronomics you’re looking for. Handles high pH soils and most diseases (other than tar spot) very well. If tar spot is in your area, a foliar fungicide application is needed. This is a “plant early and often” kind of hybrid with a fit on most acres, including low and high productivity fields. It also makes a great silage choice. Responds well to intensive fertility management.
