KEY STRENGTHS
National line with great yields and strong agronomics! Good to very good tolerance to southern rust and tar spot. Stable plant structure with big roots and stalks. Good ear flex for length and kernel depth. Excellent grain quality.
WEAKNESSES
Average tolerance to northern corn leaf blight.
POSITIONING
National line with broad-acre placement across soil types, crop rotations, and productivity levels. Moves both north and south out of its maturity zone. Doesn’t need high planting populations but does respond well to balanced and plentiful crop nutrients, so push the P, K, and S if you’re shooting for high yields. Very good disease tolerance ratings, but has just been average in our observations on northern corn leaf blight, so a foliar fungicide around tassel is recommended.
