KEY STRENGTHS
The “No Cob” hybrid! There is a cob, but you can hardly find it under this girthy ear with deep kernels. Excellent stalk and roots to hold up all that weight, and the plant looks great at harvest, too. Heavy test weight and solid disease tolerance make this a great fit on many acres!.
WEAKNESSES
Not for the toughest drought stress acre.
POSITIONING
This hybrid may be all kernels and not much cob, but the plant that’s underneath it is really impressive. Stalk and roots you’ll wish were on every hybrid you plant. Because of that, this hybrid can handle a push in population to the higher side of normal for you. Pour the fertility to it to take advantage of the top-end potential. It does have pretty good defense, but we’ve seen a nice boost by using a foliar fungicide with Nutex EDA. Keep this in the 87-to-94-day maturity zone for best performance.
AGRONOMIC & DISEASE RATINGS
